How to cash out?

To start earning diamonds, go live and engage with your viewers 🎥 😁

You should have at least 50,000 diamonds in your wallet to be able to cash out your diamonds. Once your cash out request is processed, you can claim your cash at our partner banks and e-wallets.

If this is your first time to cash out diamonds, make sure to set up your Wallet Information including Gcash account number, Coins.ph account number, and Bank Account details, Withdrawal Information with your contact details, and Passcode, then you may proceed to requesting cash out.

Note: The mobile number displayed in the Withdrawal Information may differ from the GCash number used by GCash users.

For Philippine-based accounts

1. Tap the Profile icon at the upper left corner of your screen to show the side menu. Then select the “My Wallet” icon to show your My Wallet screen.

2. Select the “Redeem” button beside your Diamond balance.

3. The next screen will show the cash equivalent of your diamonds. You can also make a partial diamond cash out by controlling the amount of diamonds to convert to cash per transaction.
   
   Input the amount of diamonds you want to convert and it will show the cash equivalent. Select preferred cash-out method and click “Withdraw” to proceed. 

 Note: Some cash out channels charge a transaction fee and will be deducted from your cash out proceeds.

          4. Review the details of the cash-out request. If all is in order, click “Confirm”

              

         5. Enter your Passcode

       6. App will confirm successful submission of cash out request.

Note: A user can only make one cash out request per day. However, take note that there is a limit on the total amount you can cash out that is 990,000 pesos per day.

      7. To claim your cash, please follow these steps depending on your selected cash out method. 

For International (non-PH) accounts

Cash outs for international accounts are done via International Bank Transfer.

For International users requesting to cash-out, kindly fill up the form below and make sure that all necessary details are complete to avoid errors or delays.

Reminders: 

1. Cash-out process currently takes up to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Requests submitted on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
2. Once the request is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified anymore. These transactions are irreversible on kumu’s end; any changes must be handled by your chosen bank or cash-out method.
