The Task Button is a floating icon that allows users to view available tasks, track their progress, and earn rewards.
2. Who can see the Task Button?
The Task Button is available to users with active tasks, including Recharge Tasks, Game Bet Tasks, Surprise Tasks, and Streamer Tasks (for eligible hourly users). It will not appear if there are no active tasks available.
3. What do the orange and green Task Buttons mean?
- 🟠Orange – You have active tasks to complete.
- 🟢 Green – All available tasks have been completed.
The button will turn orange again once a new task becomes available.
4. What tasks are available through the Task Button?
Depending on your eligibility, you may see:
- Recharge Tasks (Newbie Only)
- Game Bet Tasks (Need to recharge at least >0)
- Surprise Tasks (Random)
- Streamer Tasks (Hourly Users only)
5. What does the timer on the Task Button mean?
The timer represents the remaining duration of your active tasks. It counts down in real time and continues updating even if the app is running in the background.
6. Which timer is displayed if I have multiple active tasks?
If you have multiple active tasks, the Task Button will display the timer of the task that will expire the soonest.
7. How long are tasks valid?
- Recharge Task – Valid for 72 hours from account registration.
- Game Bet Task – Valid for the current calendar day and resets at 12:00 AM.
- Surprise Task – Valid for 24 hours from the time it is triggered.
- Streamer Task – Resets daily at 12:00 AM.
8. How does task progress work?
The Task Button displays the number of completed and remaining tasks, while task progress and progress bars are refreshed approximately every 5 minutes (except for Streamer Tasks, which update in real time).
9. How do Recharge Tasks work?
New users can complete Recharge Tasks by topping up coins within 72 hours of registration. Recharge amounts accumulate throughout the task period and voucher rewards are automatically credited once the required thresholds are met.
10. How do Game Bet Tasks work?
Game Bet Tasks become available after a successful recharge. Bet amounts accumulate throughout the day, allowing users to complete multiple milestones and earn voucher rewards before the daily reset.
11. What is a Surprise Task?
A Surprise Task is a random bonus reward opportunity for gamers. If you're actively playing, you may have a chance to receive a Surprise Task and earn voucher rewards by completing its requirements. Users can receive up to 3 Surprise Tasks per day.
12. When will I receive my rewards after completing a task?
- Recharge Tasks, Game Bet Tasks, and Surprise Tasks: Rewards are usually credited within 5 minutes after task completion or after the progress bar updates.
- Streamer Tasks: Rewards are credited in real time once the task requirements are met.
13. Can I create a new account to access Recharge, Game Bet, and Surprise Tasks?
Yes. If your goal is to participate in Recharge, Game Bet, and Surprise Tasks, you may create a new account on the same device. Eligibility for these tasks is based on the account and its activity, subject to Kumu's applicable policies and requirements.
14. How do Streamer Tasks work?
Streamer Tasks are available to eligible hourly streamers. Progress is based on streaming or joining duration, depending on the assigned task. Rewards are distributed upon successful completion.
15. Why can't I see the Task Button?
The Task Button will automatically disappear when there are no active tasks available. Once you become eligible for a new task, the button will reappear automatically.
