What is the new tiering system?

The new tiering system is a structure that classifies users into different levels (tiers) based on their monthly coin purchases. Each tier offers unique benefits, and users can upgrade by meeting the required minimum purchase amount.

How can I upgrade my tier?

You can upgrade your tier by purchasing coins using cash. Your total purchases during the month will determine your eligibility for a higher tier.

Can I downgrade my tier?

Yes. If your monthly coin purchases fall below the minimum requirement for your current tier, you may be downgraded to a lower tier.

What happens if I don’t make any purchases in a month?

If no purchases are made, you will automatically remain or revert to the Non SVIP tier.

Can I maintain my tier level if I meet the minimum purchase requirement every month?

Yes. As long as your monthly coin purchases meet or exceed the required amount for your current tier, you will maintain your tier level.

How do I claim my SVIP benefits?

Once you qualify as SVIP, you may contact the official VIP Team to assist you with claiming and activating your exclusive benefits.

Can I choose my SVIP badge, frame, or tag?

SVIP badges, frames, and tags are exclusive designs provided for SVIP members. Customization options may vary depending on your SVIP level.

How do I request a Username Change?

SVIP members may request username changes based on their SVIP tier:

• SVIP 2: 1x per month
• SVIP 3–5: 2x per month

Please coordinate with the VIP Team before making changes.

What is the Livestream Background benefit?

SVIP members can enjoy exclusive livestream background access.

Availability:

• SVIP 3: Livestream Background
• SVIP 4: Change up to 2x per month
• SVIP 5: Change up to 2x per month

What is the Custom Virtual Gift (VG)?

SVIP 4 and SVIP 5 members may request exclusive custom virtual gifts designed specifically for their account.

SVIP 5 members may also enjoy Custom VG with Sounds for a more premium experience.

What is the Search Feature?

The Search Feature helps increase visibility by featuring your account/profile in designated Kumu placements.

What is Social Media Promotion?

Qualified SVIP members may receive promotional support through Kumu’s official social media channels.

Are there any additional benefits for higher tiers?

Yes. Higher SVIP tiers unlock more exclusive perks, premium account privileges, visibility features, and personalized benefits.

SVIP Duration & Renewal

When does the SVIP privilege period start?

The SVIP privilege period becomes effective immediately after you reach the corresponding SVIP level.

How long do SVIP privileges last?

SVIP privileges last until the last day of the following month from when you achieved the level.

Can you give an example of how the SVIP period works?

Example:

January:
User B earns 500,000 SVIP points and achieves SVIP1. Their SVIP1 status will last until the end of February.

February:
User B recharges a total of 2,000 coins but does not level up (next target is 1.7M coins). User B retains SVIP1 status for March (March 1–31).

What happens if I don’t meet the points required to level up?

If you do not meet the requirements for the next SVIP level, your current SVIP level remains active until the end of the following month.

General SVIP Questions

Can SVIP benefits be transferred to another account?

No. SVIP benefits are exclusive and assigned only to the qualified SVIP account.

Is there a deadline for purchases to count toward my tier?

Yes. Purchases are calculated monthly. Only purchases made within the calendar month will count toward your tier.

How is my current tier determined?

Your tier is determined based on your total coin purchases during the current month. You may track your progress through your account dashboard.

Can I combine purchases from different accounts to upgrade my tier?

No. Tier upgrades are based on purchases made from a single account only.

Is there a way to earn coins without cash purchases?

No. The tiering system tracks cash purchases of coins only. Non-cash methods of obtaining coins do not count toward tier upgrades.

Will my tier reset at the end of the year?

No. Your tier does not reset annually. It is recalculated monthly based on your purchases during that month.
