The new tiering system is a structure that classifies users into different levels (tiers) based on their monthly coin purchases. Each tier offers unique benefits, and users can upgrade by meeting the required minimum purchase amount.

What happens if I don’t make any purchases in a month?
If no purchases are made, you will automatically remain or revert to the "Non SVIP" tier.

Yes, as long as your monthly coin purchases meet or exceed the minimum requirement for your current tier, you will maintain your tier level.

Is there a deadline for purchases to count toward my tier?
Yes, purchases are calculated on a monthly basis. Only purchases made within the calendar month will count toward your tier for that month.

No, your tier does not reset annually. It is recalculated monthly based on your purchases in that specific month.

When does the SVIP privilege period start?
The SVIP privilege period becomes effective immediately after you reach the corresponding SVIP level.

How long do SVIP privileges last?
SVIP privileges last until the last day of the following month from when you achieved the level.

Can you give an example of how the SVIP period works?
Example:

January: User B earns 500,000 SVIP points and achieves SVIP1. Their SVIP1 status will last until the end of February.

February: User B recharges a total of 2,000 coins but does not level up (next target is 1.7 million SVIP points). Therefore, User B retains SVIP1 status for March (from March 1st to March 31st).

What happens if I don’t meet the points required to level up?
If you do not meet the points required to reach the next SVIP level, your current SVIP level remains active until the end of the following month.
