If you are unable to update your payment methods, the subscription will expire and be canceled.
To ensure that your kumu coins subscription is always on, please make sure that the payment methods linked to your Apple ID and Google Accounts are updated and have sufficient balances.
4. Will I get a refund if I cancelled my kumu coins subscription before my subscription renews?
When you subscribe to a kumu coins package, the coins will be credited to your account immediately during the first day of the subscription period. This means that you can already spend the kumu coins anytime. Note that refunds are not allowed.

- You availed a Php 49/week subscription that renews every Monday, then did the following during that week:
- You canceled the subscription on Sunday
- Then, in the evening of that same Sunday, you re-subscribed to the same package (Php 49/week)
- Since you re-subscribed to the same package before the original subscription cycle ends (Monday), kumu will just re-activate the original schedule . That is, your subscription schedule will remain the same, and your coins will still be credited every Monday
Scenario B: Re-subscribing to the same subscription package after canceled subscription cycle ends

- You cancelled the subscription on a Sunday
- The following week, on Tuesday, you re-subscribed to the same package (Php 49/week)
- Since you re-subscribed after the original subscription cycle ends (Monday), even if you re-subscribe to the same package, kumu will now set a new subscription schedule . That is, your coins will now be credited every Tuesday.

7. I have multiple kumu accounts, can I activate kumu coins subscription to all of them?
Yes, if you have multiple kumu accounts, you can activate all of them to kumu coins subscription. To be able to do this, each kumu account should be using a unique Apple ID/ Google Play account that is not linked to an active kumu coins subscription.
