How do I checkout items from my Kart?
Step 1. Type in the delivery address.
Step 2 Add Landmark and additional Instructions if needed. (available in App Version 762)
Step 3 Add preferred email address and/or contact.
Step 4 Choose your preferred payment option
Step 5 Add Promo/ Voucher code and tap APPLY if available
Step 6 Double check if all details are correct, then tap CHECK OUT
2, Why is there a transaction fee? Why do I have to pay for the transaction fee if there is already a shipping fee?
- The transaction fee covers the payment processing fees, such as bank fees or credit card charges, which will be included in the order upon checkout.
Please note that all checkout is subject to 1% transaction fee, which is subject to change.
3, How do I connect my credit card account to Shopkumu?
- In your Shopkumu Kart, choose the Visa/Mastercard payment option. Please note that for first time users, Shopkumu will ask for your email address for verification purposes. Input your name, card number, expiration date, and CVV. You may choose to save the card information for smoother transactions in the future.
4, How can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation of orders on the buyer side is within 24 hours upon check out. Buyers should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request for cancellation. This is to ensure that the request for cancellation is valid.
