1, What modes of payment are accepted in Shopkumu?
- At Shopkumu, we’re giving multiple payment options to suit individual shopping needs. The following modes of payment are kumu-approved:
2, Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
Buyers can select this mode of payment, and pay cash once the parcel is delivered to their shipping address. Please note that once COD is selected as a payment method, it can no longer be changed. For COD orders with approved refund requests, buyers may choose to receive the amount via Gcash, bank transfer, or kumu Wallet.
3, Credit Card Visa/Mastercard
Buyers will be redirected to our payment platform partner, where the buyer may use either a local or international credit card.
Please note that for all high-value orders (Php 3000 and above), Non-COD or credit card mode of payments will be subject to “Know-Your-Customer” (KYC) policies. Riders of the assigned couriers must seek valid government-issued IDs (ie. SSS, TIN, Voters ID, Passport, and Postal ID).
All Credit Card transactions are subject to validation. Any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, once proven, will be subject to order cancellation and permanent user/account banning.
4, GCash, GrabPay, and PayMaya
Buyers can pay using the stored credit of their GCash, GrabPay or Pay Maya accounts.
5, Direct Debit
